Wednesday Season 2 Premiere: "Here We Woe Again" – All Episode Titles & Release Dates

Netflix's Wednesday returns for a highly anticipated Season 2, continuing the spooky and witty adventures of Wednesday Addams at Nevermore Academy. Starring Jenna Ortega as the titular gothic heroine, Season 2 expands the supernatural world introduced in Season 1, diving deeper into Wednesday’s psychic visions, deadly secrets, and the strange happenings around her.

📺 Full Title & Episode Format

While the series continues under the umbrella title "Wednesday: Season 2", the premiere episode of Season 2 is titled "Here We Woe Again" — a clever play on the phrase "Here We Go Again," using "Woe" to reflect Wednesday’s dark and brooding personality. It sets the tone for a season filled with visions, mystery, danger, and sarcasm.

Netflix has split the season into two parts:

Part 1 (Episodes 1–4): Releasing on August 6, 2025

Part 2 (Episodes 5–8): Releasing on September 3, 2025

This staggered release adds to the suspense and gives fans time to digest the twists and turns of the story.

🧠 Plot Summary

Season 2 picks up shortly after the events of Season 1, where Wednesday defeated the Hyde monster and exposed a major conspiracy. However, she now faces a much darker and more personal challenge.

Wednesday begins to have intensely vivid psychic visions, a gift she shares with her mother, Morticia. But these visions are painful, and Wednesday starts crying black tears — a mysterious and sinister side effect. In one horrifying vision, she sees the death of her best friend, Enid Sinclair. Even more troubling is the implication that she herself might be responsible.

Wednesday is determined to prevent this vision from coming true, but she must navigate powerful enemies, cryptic clues, and her own emotional growth. Meanwhile, Nevermore Academy has a new principal — Barry Dort, played by Steve Buscemi — a seemingly kind man with a strange past.

The season blends mystery, emotional growth, horror, and dry humor as Wednesday fights fate and tries to stay one step ahead of death — including her own.
